POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To enhance production of Engineering Control Centre in analytical matter, also tracking & updating of reports & notifications. 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Coordinate on development of ECC business plans and strategies for achievement of overall objectives.
• Interpret data, analyse result using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and intepret external and internal data to produce valuable/trending reports.
• To identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to be used by the manager in identifying the gaps and propose sound solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports to management on the operational performance and make recommendations for improving effectiveness of services or practice.
• Track and monitor departmental performance (i.e scorecard, KPI etc) against goals and targets and produce periodic report achievement for management review
• Investigate, consolidate data and prepare report as requested by Management.
• Demonstrate an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Represent unit in events, meetings, conferences etc (as & when necessary).

Key Challenges

• Inadequate & delayed data form other units in preparing reports.
• Monitor the execution of O&M related plans and activities.
• Come up with valuable reports/trending from minimum information/data within acceptable time frame

Skills

• Able to execute directive based on operations requirements and procedures.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, team player, good in customer service, computer literate, good in report writing & creative thinking.
• Familiar with SAP system is an advantage. 

Relevant Industries

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical & registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Preferably a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).
